Party Ice 

Cubed Ice

Our party ice is prepared in a clean and safe environment. The water used in the production of the ice cubes is filtered through a filter which is changed monthly i.e placed outside the ice maker. Secondly the water is again filtered of its impurities if any inside the machine. The packing of the ice is done with a clean scoop and handgloves are worn accordingly. The ice bag is then sealed and ready to be transfered.
 

Cassava

Frozen Cassava (1KG)

Our cassava is fresh and directly from the farms of Fiji. It is peeled, washed and then later packed in 1kg packs. Later it is Frozen to maintain its freshness. The cassava is of top quality that can be enjoyed by any individual.

Dalo

Our Dalo comes fresh from the farm and is nicely cleaned and packed into 1KG packs. Only top quality Dalo is used which makes the taste                              stand out from others.

These tasty little bites are made from yuca (a.k.a. cassava), a starchy root often used in Latin American and Caribbean cuisines. Turning yuca into homemade fries that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside is easy. Deep-frying accentuates yuca's slightly sweet, nutty flavor.
